Shefali Razdan Duggal ’93


Co-Chair, DNC Women’s Leadership Forum and Member, White House Council of Women & Girls

Shefali Razdan Duggal is a member of the Democratic National Committee’s National Finance Committee and is a Co-Chair for the DNC Women’s Leadership Forum. Shefali also is on the White House Council of Women & Girls and is currently a Co-Chair for the Ready for Hillary PAC. Shefali is a member of the Democratic National Committee’s Hope Institute Board, the DNC Asian American Leadership Council and the DNC National Steering Committee. In addition, Shefali is a member of the Majority Council of Emily’s List, an organization dedicated to electing Democratic women to all levels of government.

Previously, Shefali was a member of President Barack Obama’s National Finance Committee for the 2012 Presidential reelection campaign, a Co-Chair for Obama Victory Trustees and a member of the Northern California Finance Committee for President Barack Obama. She has worked as a political analyst at Staton Hughes, a political strategy firm, and also worked for Senators Ted Kennedy and Dianne Feinstein.
Born in India, Shefali, a married mother of two, was raised in Cincinnati, and has also lived in Chicago, New York, Boston and now resides in San Francisco. She received an MA in Political Communication from New York University and a BS in Mass Communication from Miami University.
