The Myaamia Heritage Program is a unique opportunity for Myaamia students to learn about their Myaamia identity while attending Miami University. The experiences that have the largest impact on our students are the 'extra' events such as trips to Miami Tribe events and cultural workshops. These create a strong community among Myaamia students and allow students to engage more deeply with their Myaamia language, culture and history. These funds will allow us to help pay for these types of events to keep the costs down for our students.
